Hi I’m Malu. I’m a Quantum Healing Expert and Soul Talk Master Practitioner who specializes in helping you reconnect to your own innate ability for self healing.

For the past 30 years, I’ve dedicated my life to spiritual learning, meditation, mediumship, intuition, channeling, and yoga.

I studied with monks and sages who guided me to explore sacred scriptures and religious texts from all around the world, including Zen Buddhism, Vendanta and Spiritist thought.

But for years, I kept all of this to myself because I wanted to become a federal judge so I could please my parents, make lots of money, and have lots of power. Of course the Universe had other plans.

Every time I turned my back on spirituality in favor of my judicial career, bad things would happen! My relationships fell apart, my self-esteem suffered, and I got anxiety and panic attacks. I even had to be medicated.

My friend saw me struggling, and invited me to try a new healing process she was studying… and that’s how I first discovered Informational Quantum Homeostasis… and Soul Talk.

The results I had were so profound that my obsession with becoming a judge disappeared and I found a new calling to help people heal on a spiritual level.

The next thing I knew, I was training to become a Soul Talk Master Practitioner. Within six months, I started taking clients, and I never looked back.

Today I have a thriving business, working with hundreds of clients, speaking at dozens of events, and helping thousands of people find the healing power they have within themselves.

I live in Rio de Janeiro- Brazil with my husband and two kids, and a cranky cat named Bento.

I am so grateful to be doing this work, and I can’t wait to share it with you.

Just a Little Bit

Just a little bit! is a project to introduce practices of mindfulness, concentration and meditation in schools and work environments that aims to: create the habit of mindfulness and show that the time required for these practices is the time we have.

 

What is Meditation?

 

Meditation is the art of being present. 

 

It has already been scientifically proven that meditation brings significant benefits to the body and mind.

 

In addition to improving concentration and learning, meditation enhances the imune system and resistance to pain, aids sleep and is an important resource for the treatment of anxiety, depression and ADHD.

 

Recent studies have proven that regular meditation can change our DNA by transforming not only the brain’s anatomy itself but also its dynamics helping in the development of empathy, compassion and goodness.

 

Why should we implement the Just a little bit!  program at our school?

 

Today’s children are very stimulated and are drawn all the time to electronic devices with colored screens often complaining of “boredom” and getting frustrated by the lack of “what to do”. Nowadays, a 10-year-old child has more information and outside stimulus than Leonardo Da Vince had throughout his life. Not infrequently, these children end up developing modern “disorders” and are medicated in order to make “unwanted symptoms” go away!

 

There are many publications of successful projects in schools around the world that prove that the practice of mindfulness during the school period improves from academic performance itself to creativity, sociability and children’s behavior.

 

Why in school? Well… because we need to create the habit in these children who do not have this kind of practice within the family routine. Then let the reverse path be done. We have empirical evidence that the child who learns a practice of meditation and/or relaxation immediately takes the experience to their parents, teaching them and stimulating them to practice it also.

 

It is a win win situation for the whole family. 

 

What are the objectives of the Just a little bit!?

 

The objective of this project is to spread the practice of mindfulness in schools, for students, teachers and employees. Showing the possibility of introducing healthy habits, such as mindfulness, in small intervals of time and within the day-to-day routine.

 

With the systematic practice of concentration and meditation exercises, the following benefits can be observed:

 

  • More relaxed students in situations that requires a lot of attention and concentration;
  • easier and faster learning;
  • increased creativity; 
  • improvement in interpersonal relationships, and 
  • an overall increase in school performance.
